How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Go to Settings > Restore Purchases. This will re-activate Pro if you've purchased it before, even on a new device.

Where is my data stored?

Everything is stored locally on your device. If iCloud is enabled, a backup syncs to your private iCloud account. No third-party servers are involved.

How does iCloud sync work?

Sync happens automatically when you open the app. You can also manually sync or force a full re-sync from Settings. Make sure iCloud is enabled for WODForge in your device's iCloud settings.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Go to Settings > Export Data for a full JSON backup. Pro users can also export as CSV for spreadsheets.

Which rep counts trigger PR detection?

WODForge tracks 1RM, 3RM, and 5RM personal records. Sets of 1, 3, or 5 reps with heavier weight than your previous best will trigger a new PR.

I'm not seeing my workouts from more than 30 days ago.

Free users can view the last 30 days of history. Upgrade to WODForge Pro for unlimited history.
